Outstanding service by Ember Down, Clarens.

A few months ago, I made contact with the owner of Ember Down in Clarens, Sharon Lizamore. My down duvet was losing feathers and Sharon advised that the cloth used for the duvet was wrong. She suggested I courier my duvet to her, and they will remake it with the correct cloth. I couriered the duvet to Clarens. Upon receipt a lady phoned me to enquire what I wanted done with the duvet. I explained my problem and she undertook to attend to the re-making of the duvet.

After a while I received a call from the same lady requesting my address where the duvet can be couriered. Two days later my duvet was delivered. Both the cloth used and the workmanship are of the highest quality one can get. We are extremely happy with the service and the re-made duvet Ember Down produced.
