Poor and disrespectful service

I gave my younger sister R800 to buy Matric jack from them to date they haven’t delivered since 7 August 2020 I tried talk to Kagiso the owner he blocked all of us while sitting on my R800 i need that money back last time before he blocked he said he will refund me the next day till today
