Pay back my money because you can't deliver!

I don't appreciate being taken advantage of, I've placed an order since the 8th of July, and still haven't received it. I sent R500 for a two piece set (Skirt +Top), I've been asking for my order and I've been ignored, promised that the delivery was done, promised that they'll deliver personally. I've asked for proof and none was provided. Please send back my R500 because you clearly can't deliver!!! Soo much for supporting Black Businesses!!
