Not contactable

<p>I have been trying to get information for the past TWO weeks regarding the authentification of my Phd and other degrees which is a requirement for the new position that I was offered in Abu Dhabi. The numbers [ ********** / ********** ] on the UAE Embassy Pretoria Website either does not work or there are no consultants dealing with telephonic queries? In fact, one of the numbers activates an automated voice that states, 'You are not authorised to call the designated number' and the email ********** does not work either. My question is then: Where and how can people in CAPE TOWN get specific information regarding a genuine question before proceeding with authentification of their degrees?</p> <p> </p> <p>Last week Tuesday (4 July 2017) someone finally answered my call and I was put through to a Tshepo who informed me that the consultants dealing with Higher Degree queries were off for the day and that he would find an appropriate response from them and get back to me. Yesterday, (10 July 2017) I called again and no answer, I must add that someone answered again today and transferred my call but it seems that the Higher Degree consultants are still not available?</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someome from the UAE Embassy please provide the correct contact details so that people in other provinces can direct queries? Maybe the telephonic and email address on the website needs to be updated?</p>
