Poland Embassy in South Africa not doing good

I tried to book for an interview date with the Polish Embasy in RSA but the number the we were given you coukd not get through .I do not know was it a way to screen us or what ?The niece was supposed to attend university this year as soon as possible.Now we coukd not get through to book a date .The Embassy must have a way of communicating with all that need their services especially in Africa .
