Bad Service and ****** embassy

in fact they dont even deserve one star, last year my wife and i app**** for visas at the embassy. the lady was rude from the first place, she gave us bad service like she doesnt want us to go her country and eventually she gave us letters written in Hungarian and stamped our passports. I asked what this letter mean and she said when you arrive in Hungary they will know. we left the country and landed in Dubai where we had to wait for about 8 hours for the connecting flight, when time arrives we handed the letter to them and we were told that our visa was declined and they cant let continue to Hungry. All we want is our flight refund and hotel refund
