Money paid into account in error. They refuse to

I was to travel to Ivory coast but fell ill. I went for the required injections but in order to process, I needed to show proof of payment for visa docs. So I deposited the money into their account.<br> <br> The doctor then declined to give me the injection because of my illness. <br> pril and we are now in November. They did not receive any paperwork to process, just my money.
