Emanzini Guesthouse - Matibidi - Mpumalanga

I made a booking with at EMANZINI GUESTJOUSE via BOOKING.COM . But when we were supposed to check in the provided address as per GPS was leaving us in the middle of nowhere and the number that we suppose to call at the guesthouse just rang unanswered for full 7hours on the day and we ended up having to secure another booking somewhere. The following day being Saturday we drove around but still their phone just rang unanswered. We couldn't check in the for the whole booking as the place was nowhere to be found. The people in the area that we have asked for assistance& directions have no knowledge of such a place as per the address we were given. Emanzini Guesthouse took all the money paid for the booking but failed to deliver the required service and when i eventually spoke to the owner last week 8th Feb 24 he was rude and told me to deal with BOOKING.COM he had nothing to say to me. Now as BOOKING.COM you have partnered with this establishment that claims to provide accommodation that is of non-existence and don't know how to treat customers. I would appreciate compensation or reimbur*****t of some sort for the trauma me and my family we have suffered.
