Managers Bad Attitude

We had a reservation for 5 nights and could only stay for 1 night . We had to leave because of bad circumstances - the resort is not up to standard. Marlene wont give us our deposit back and accused us of throwing the key away which was not true because we gave it to someone at the restaurant because there was no one at the gate who could deliver any service when we left. Looks like this is the norm if you stayed there because there is always something missing or damaged according to her.<br> <br> Don't ever go there and don't ever pay the full amount up front.
