Emanzini Country Resort - ***********

I called in to Emanzini country resort to make a booking for 14 of my staff the 27th - 29th of November. I got through to a lady by the name of Marlene and she informed me that the resort was fully booked but i should call back the next day incase there was a cancellation.<br> <br> I called in the next day and i was informed that the group that was supposed to pay did not pay and i was advised to make payment by Marlene the next day. Payment was made and confirmed verbally on a recorded line that we will be there on the 27th - 29 November.<br> <br> However when I got the with my staff, I was informed that we were booked in for a date in December which was not even on a weekend.<br> <br> we were turned away at 11pm and threatened that if we do not vacate the premises they would call the cops and report us for trespassing. we had no accommodation for the night as the whole of Vrede was fully booked and the BNB's were not suited to accomodate 15 people.<br> <br> we had to make a 3 hour journey back from Vrede to johannesburg in the early hours of saturday morning.
