EmanualOnline PATHETIC SERVICE

I ordered a manual online. After downloading I found that it is actually photos that EmanualOnline took of a hardcopy. The quality is pathetic , photos are out of focus, script is faint and illustrations are unreadable. EmanualOnline refuse to refund me. I will never ever buy anything from them again.
