Poor Service Emam Bux Meats

I purchased chicken flatties marinnaded on special R29 from Emam Bux Meats Alpine Rd. I took about 4 or 6 and gave some away to family. After a couple weeks of freezing I defrosted and opened one. It stank of sewage . I emailed a complaint with no courtesy of a response.

On a previous occasion last year 2019, I had a similar issue with smelling chicken flatties and when I phoned them, a lady said I must come in with the chicken and receipt and she will weigh for a refund . The meat was discarded off the property due to the stink so no refund entertained.

During lockdown , a deli counter hand used her hands and fingers to fill a packet of calamari . I asked her to pack again another packet and she did the same thing , confused why I am bothering her. I complained to the manager, and all he did was shout out an instruction . no training given On another occasion many years ago, I went I to the Emam Bux Meats in Newlands . I purchased a half lamb on special plus a.lot of other meat products priced just under R200,00.

The teenage cashier refused to accept a card payment because the lamb was in special . I.emailed a complaint with no response.

These owners abuse their market share and dknt care if customers complain.
