Dead Fly Stuck In Meat

This was my second bad experience at Imam Bux Butchery in Phoenix. On the 28/02/2015 I bought meat from them only to find a dead fly stuck in the meat. It only makes one wonder what could be found in the minced meat and sausages. I am currently contemplating becoming a vegetarian as I am scared..
