Bad customer service

I buy my meat from emum buks Springfield for many years now but today when I bought meat(half sheep B1). When I went home and started unpacking the meat, my chops was cut so thin that the chops was no longer a chop. Also out of 13kg half sheep, 2Kg was fat.

I went back to the store and explained to the manager and then to the owner what happen, they out right told me they can't do anything or refund me.

To me this is customer services and I will not but from then again!

PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS BRANCH(Springfield), THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS VERY BADLY
