Water problems

I'm a resident of eMalahleni. For over a decade now the state of our water is pathetic. We are not able to drink tap water anymore because it's just filthy. We are spending a lot of money buying water is regarded in our constitution as a basic human right. To top it all some of the residents are paying abnormal rates. The meter reading guy comes sometimes and when he does come he goes to certain houses to take the readings and not all of them. When I asked him why he told me that he was given the addresses buy the municipality. The situation got even worse from last month we only have water (far dirtier than it was before) maybe twice a week for a few hours. Some of us stay with elderly sick people and really need access to this basic human right. Enough is enough we have been deprived of a lot of things. Denying us of water is denying of of life.
