Shocking Service

<p>I bought a house in waterval boven. Few days ago the municipality sent an unlicensed contractor to repair a faulty street lamp. They left a live wire hanging loose and causing a short. This caused my whole yard to be one electrical surge. If you touch a wall you get electricuted. When you open a tap the water shock you. After numerous complaints nothing was done. Due to this i lost a fridge and my geyser as both burnt out to to electrical shorts. Please advise me on what i can and should do regarding my loss</p>
