Shocking incompetence

Our Emalahleni municipality must be the most ***********, mismanaged, useless and ******* in the whole country!!<br> At first their water pipes burst which we reported and was eventually fixed, then they have the nerve to bill us R4000 for water, the same water that we cannot even drink because its so polluted it comes out of the tap brown and dirty! To make matters worst we were overcharged again this month and we paid R7000 still our electricity was cut off yesterday and today I have been phoning the municipality enquiries phone numbers to no avail!<br> <br> This is really not acceptable I'm seriously considering moving to another town!<br>
