One of the worst bad services Lesedi Municipality

I have reported a fault meter box several times for the whole 3 weeks that it' switch on off and I was promised that the technician is on the way but no one is coming to help. The most disturbing thing is that i keep calling and they make no effort and do follow-up with queries. They just ended by telling me that they don't know when my issue will be resolved and practically they don't care. Nice service 🚮
