no water

i stay with my parents in witbank tasbet park 1, 4 matumi street.we have been without water for the past two weeks,they don't even tell us when are we going to get water,they don't even make means to give us water,this service is unacceptable,even if their water is available you can not drink it because it makes us sick with diarrhea.we pay every month for dirty water and now we pay for nothing. we dont have water to bath wash our clothes it is discussing the way we live in this place they call surburb.we suffer a lot we dont get good service. please can somebody out there deal with this chaos.
