Never-ending Electricity and water outages

Emalahleni municipality always has a power outage or lack of water supply. Not a week goes by without an outage. This is ridiculous because i pay prepaid electricity and the water bill is paid up. I have to throw away rotting food because tye municipality fails to supply electricity as it should because its paid for. This is ridiculous. Appliances are getting damaged because of the constant weekly outages. On top of all this the response to these problems is we dont know how long it will take to fix the problem. So people stay two days even a week at times with none of these services. This has to stop , i pay my bills but im not receiving nonsense for it. We need this municipality disbanded so we can pay the service providers directly because these guys dont give a damn
