Messed up municipality

<p>The abuse I've been experiencing at the hands of Emalahleni local municipality ever since I started staying there four years ago it's massive. For some reason I'm a target for wrong cut offs, it's either my house number was captured wrong or their system didn't update the payments or they confused my account with someone else's. I've missed a lot of days at work coz I always had to go to the municipality for one reason or the other. I wonder if this abuse will ever end? Frustrated resident </p>
