Incompetence Reigns

<p>More than a year ago we sold our house in a Witbank. The new owner has tenants in the house. Their electricity has been cut off because apparently we owe Emalahleni Municipality over R6000! And that AFTER I emailed instructing them to close the account because the new owners were receiving the account on a new account number. Incompetence reigns!!! And now they won't switch the power back on until we pay but we are not liable and neither is the new owner! *********** ******* idiots!</p>
