Incompetence

<p>I am not sure where to complaint about our municipality but we are fed up with no service. No water and electricity, potholes not fixed, street lights not working. Witbank is a sinking ship!! We pay and do not get services. Our electricity gets cut by eskom cause we owe them a billion. Something needs to be done!! </p>
