Great service from Happy at eMalahleni Municipality

<p>Two months saga with a temporary cable which was installed by municipality at my house was sorted in a matter of two days by Happy from their Electrical Workshop. Such a caring gentleman who kept his word. We really need more of people like Happy at the government departments.</p>
