Fair/unfair

<p> Hi we live in kriel Ga-Nala and according to eskom kriel dont own them money from the munisipality but the location an witbank do now they say that they wil cut off oir electricity supply to be fair otherwise there will be an uprising, but im not behind on any of my payments and my friends and family have pre paid so how does that make it fair to cut of our supply? </p>
