Emalahleni (witbank ) municipality what a shame?!!!!!!

Emalahleni Municipality what a shame! !!! I not talking about potholes I talk about water. .,For days we didn't have water ,and now for months we get water pump direct from wit bank dam to consumers. .,It's dirty ,smell like dead fish ..This is going to be the next city outbreak of diseases the land never experience ...NOBODY of the council is prepare to listen or help ...The major had several meetings with the residence cancelled. ..I hope somebody on here read this and help us ...We stand against a Municipality that have no care,or respect for there residence ...Before you move to Emalahleni (witbank ) think twice
