EMalahleni Municipality - the WORST in the country.

NO ONE EMPLOYED IN THIS MUNICIPALITY ANSWERS THEIR PHONE. I’ve been trying to get someone to answer electricity account queries for well over a week without success. Their service is nonexistent. It’s just not good enough.
