i called Emalahleni regarding my electricity box, the lady answered phone she was not even interested showing empathy, she just gave me contacts to call two ladies which where standby to my surprise i have being sent from pillar to post, come to the think no one called me back, from management to junior staff they are so ***********, the lady by the name of Busi the one the claim was on duty not even answer her phone, this people they think they making us favour to work there, they are not making us favor they being appointed to do their jobs
