This to complain about the Emalahleni municipality. The municipality sent me an undetailed statements of bill in August and September 2020, (not showing water usages and sewages).

On 27/10/2020 I received a message from the municipality stating that my balance is R2,00.49 and ots inclusive of arrears. My account have never been in arrears at all as I always pay before the date every month.

I know the municipality estimates sometimes and the average that they always send is about R1000. This R2,00.49 is way huge and therefore I wpuild like it to be investigated and get the correct balance.

I have been calling their offices for the purposes of enquiring with no success as the phones ring and ring and no one picks them up. I'm not around Mpumalanga so I can't visit their offices.

I would like this matter to be corrected and the true balance to be sent to me.
