Bad Service From Standard Bank Branches

i was renting a place in Emalahleni Housing. when i was moving out i went and ask for my deposit, i was the beginning of November, i was moving out at the end of November i gave notice everything was fine. a week before i moved out. Emalahleni housing call me and say they dont see payment for September, i ask them why are telling me now two Months later. because i lost the slip already i only have two months slip october and november, why they didnt tell me in September or October?why is my problem, they just said sorry. i sent complain email i January no response till now they only refunded me R400 instead of R3987 they owe me.Please held me peter.my Name is Ziluleke Jikingqina.
