Bad service delivery

Such a disgrace that we have not had water for 4 days in dodrecht. They keep on saying there is a bust pipe that is being fixed. But nothing is working but for some reason the water in town is working and fixed as yet the location people has to suffer with stinking toilets and not much water to live on. We have children who needs to go to school, we have to go to work, we have to have rituals to do after the funerals we had. Come voting time and these so cold councilors are making all sorts of promises with no deliverance 😡😤
