Slow to help but don't forget that they need to have lunch and tea breaks

Im close to my due date and at this clinic we are forced to stand and be there as early as possible so we can leave early as well. Two weeks ago i was there by 6:30am left at 15:00pm that's how slow they are and no matter how full it gets they still take their tea breaks and lunch breaks... Today 4/09/2020 we were told they are being assessed. Been there since 6:15am left after 15:00pm and we were only attended too after 11pm, still lunchbreaks were taken. We sat on side walks as majority of us are pregnant in the sun whole morning. This is honestly unacceptable Because anything can happen to us and our unborn babies in that heat. Something has to be done because its no our fault the clinic is only brought up to standard when they expect head office or something like that.
