Not delivering

<p>I have a problem with home affairs of Witbank I need to collect my passport which is urgently every time I had to drive back for nothing they tell me they still loading a software to their system and am phoning head of department but he cant help me with nothing by the name of Sello this is not professional for the government is needed my passport as my trip I next week If I forfeit my trip will definitely take this further and my money will be paid by the home affairs for not delivering on time it's pathetic need my passport they can't be offline for almost 3 weeks need it sorted immediately please assist with this matter tnx</p>
