Traffic Paymnet not Recorded Since January

i had received a notification regarding the ticket that i had acquired, and as soon as i had received it, i made payment and forwarded the proof of payment to the email address provided, and after that every three weeks i still receive notification that i am owing the fine, i had called the customer service number and the service i have received is shocking to say the least, finally i spoke to one of the Supervisors name Raaed and i emailed him my payment which he promised that he will see to it that it is captured , but to my surprise today i am receiving the same email. I do not know what to do anymore. Can someone do their job and record the payment because i cannot carry the proof of payment everywhere i go because i am afraid that if there's a road block i mighjt get stopped for a ticket i have already paid in January already.
