Disgusting Service and ********** Operators

I am reading on these reviews and it is quite sickening that these people get away with this all the time. I had 2 fridges "repaired", paid over R4000 and none of them now self defrost and collecting ice blocks on compressors as if they were over gassed. When I call it always someone else answering and Edward is just a ***ard and ***** to fight his battles and deal with his mess. I have reported them to Defy as it is their name that's been slandered by these *********. I feel for the elderly and everyone that has been caught in this ****. I really wish Defy follow through with my report, which I will follow up with them, so that they can be blacklist these **********. They are a pathetic excuse to our society and they need to be stopped. Edward, Richard, Alfred, whatever you call yourself, you will be caught and you will be punished. They are NOT Defy Agents. Defy does NOT have them on their system as contractors. DO NOT USE THEM! Remove them off the internet.
