-5 stars - Avoid E&M Refrigeration Services at all costs!

I've repeatedly used Emmanuel to work on my equipment but the experience has been a never-ending cycle of costly repairs and broken promises. Every time one issue is fixed, another arises. It's like they're throwing parts at the problem rather than solving it.

I've been met with radio silence when asking for invoices and guarantees. It's unacceptable that a company can't provide basic documentation.

The final straw was when I had to call another technician to diagnose the issue, only to discover that the compressor was installed incorrectly. This incompetence has cost me time, money, and frustration.

Emmanuel doesn't return calls when there's a problem, and his quotes are unreliable. He's quoted me excessive amounts, saying he'll "go easy" on me, only to later claim the price is different.

The cherry on top is that they've been installing wrong parts for my equipment's make and model. This lack of attention to detail is staggering.

Do not waste your time and money on E&M Refrigeration Services. Their work is subpar, and their customer service is nonexistent.
