Sub-standard professional service and disdainful behaviour

They came to do an assessment of my borehole for insurance purposes. Their point person (Stefan) left my electrical connections uncovered (not the way he found them) and couldn't be bothered to acknowledge or respond to my follow up queries, as any good professional would have done. I felt disregarded and disrespected.
