This company and its employees are just not interested in delivering service

Elwierda Glass & Aluminium was contracted by developers , the Maree brothers ,to install a glass front door to a newly built house @ Heron Hill Estate, Faerie Glen. The door turns on a pivot. Since before the new owners moved in, the door was sagging, scratching the brand new tiles. The matter got worse and worse. I made a video recording. Complaints were laid as early as April 2017 by the developers to Elwierda . No response. On 12 June 2017 I contacted Elwierda for the first time regarding the matter, spoken to René , who made promises about a certain Lionel who would contact us for the repairs. Nothing . After several phone calls, I sent emails and one was answered by the owner with the excuse that it had landed up in his Junk mailbox. Cindy phoned me with a promise that the pivot would be repaired. Nothing. It is now six months later, since the last promise, I have sent more emails but this company and its employees have no intention to repair their faults. The buyers of a new house are left with a faulty door, they can not enter their house through their front door. All complaints and requests for rectification to the supplier, Elwierda Glass and Aluminium, Chris Hougaard Street Wierdapark, in vain. Do not do business with this company, huge frustration!
