Order not ready and now they are closed!!

I placed an order for glass on a coffee table on 01/12/2015 and was told it would take 7 days.<br> i called on 09/12/2015 to follow up and was told that it was not yet ready and they will call me once its ready by latest 11/12/2015.<br> <br> They did not call me and I have been trying to get hold of them but now when driving there they have closed on 11/12/2015 until 11/01/2016!!!<br> <br> I needed this glass urgently and they were made aware of it yet still did not bother to tell me that they are closing!
