Exceptionally bad service - no refund!!

It's been a month since I paid a deposit close to R1900 to Elwierda glass to install mirrors in my bathrooms. <br> THREE times they promised to install them and THREE times they never pitched!! Each time I have to contact them and even drive to their offices to ask what is happening! Each time I have to take time off work (two hours x 3) for them to install!! Each time I have to drive all the way from the EAST where I work!!!<br> They have no respect for my time!! When I asked for a refund, they simply refuse and now they even just ignore me! I call it *****ING MY TIME AND MONEY!! How absolutely unprofessional. Should I be satisfied with this service??? Should anyone??
