False advertising

I bought a hug ring from this company after seeing so many adds online, had to wait more than 3 weeks for the delivery, every time I had to ask about my delivery and then I got messages to say that shipment went missing, so when this ring finally arrived for my daughter, it was not the same as ordered, they have this awesome add on their website stating that is coming with the ring, including a ring box, the ring received was thrown into a zip log bag and into a courier bag. No note, not the special card that goes with specially for a daughter. What was supposed to be an awesome gift for my daughter turned into a horrible one. I have emailed them they choose to ignore.
