Dishonest Boss

I want to warn people using this company. I bought concrete and couldn't use all cubes bought. We agreed that I can always use it in future date or get refunded when I don't need it. When the time to get my refund came, Elton, told me the Sales lady was fired because she stole money by replacing the company banking details on the quote with her personal banking details. He asked me to send him proof of payments so he can confirm if 1. I paid at all and 2. if it went into his business bank account. I sent him all my proof of payments. He then said the trucks were not his, luckily I took pictures when the trucks came to deliver, and I sent him to prove it was his. He then said he will hand the matter to his Attorney and will revert to me. I followed up after 3 weeks and he said he is sick. I then followed up after a month and he started ignoring my calls and WhatsApp messages. I sent a message to his staff and the lady said he will advise him. After another month or so passed I called, and he dropped my call with the message that he will call back, which he didn't. This happened more than once with all my calls to him and he never called back. I then again sent message to her staff and she said she will remind her but he never called. Then this morning I told him I will take further action to publicize this behaviour and he responded by saying he is not owing me anything. I have in my possession all correspondences that prove I still have paid concrete with his company. Be warned guys!
