False claims & misrepresentation

<p>While we are flattered that Elsun Solar uses pictures of Eco Navitas installations – both on their home page and in all their product pages – there are several issues with this practice. Namely:</p> <p>1. It is *******. As an infringement of the copyright protection and rights to these images which does not belong to Elsun Solar and have been used without permission.</p> <p>2. It is misrepresentation. Customers should be very careful of a company that will claim someone else’s work as their own in order to try and get a deal.</p> <p>3. It suggests that Elsun Solar doesn’t have any projects of their own / or any that are worth showing, which should make any prospective customer very nervous. </p> <p> </p> <p>So if a company is willing to engage in this type of behaviour on their website what would they do if you allow them into your home or business? So caveat emptor! Be very careful and stay away from these con artists.</p>
