Long wait fo raw cold chips and ******* food

My son and I ordered food last Sunday morning, I ordered a mixed basket and he ordered a burger and chips. After waiting for an hour the kitchen staff informed the bar lady there wasn't any burger rolls. He said toasted bread would be fine. Another hour after that our sorry looking state of food arrived, we complained that both our chips were raw and freezing cold, the response again was well would you like to sit and wait for ages again. The mixed "basket" was served on a plate, expensive small portions and my son 's raw cold chips were about a child's handful. Disgraceful food, expensive for the now portion side, attitude and service disgraceful.
