Poor customer Service

My child got her 12 month injection on the 24/10/17. The clinic was packed, there were lots of nurses and students to serve but their service was slow. I arrived at 0710 I left the facility just before 11am I didn't complain.Next day my my child woke up sick she was frail and was vomiting so I quickly took her to the clinic, I got there just before 0700 and I was number 3 in line. The clinic opens at 07:30 we walked in I put my card on the sick tray as they have 3 different trays. Sick,Immunisations and Weighing. On the reception it is written the clinic will make exceptions for sick frail babies and the aged.I sat as I was number 3 told myself I would be assisted in no time.My child was weak and was not herself. Names where then called out and in no time I realised that people who came way after me where being assisted. A notice was then written saying the clinic was short stuffed. Bearing this in mind I looked at my child and thought we might not get help asap so I approached the lady who was weighing I told her I saw the post but my child is frail and she needs help her response was " Lady we are short stuffed the sick tray only has a few cards am only doing those that need to be weighed once that tray is full we will assist you if you have any problems go to a private doctor" I went back into the waiting room, minutes later my child vomited both our clothes were wet I went back to this sister she looked at me didn't say a word I asked for my card she gave me and I walked out. How does Elsies River define customer services? How do they achieve it if they thrive in chasing sick patients away. I do not have the name of the nurse as all the ladies in the building didn't have name badges but I told myself I would report hem in any case. Everyone is entitled to a standard service,now how can I trust the facility to provide good primary health care if they cannot deal with pressure. Is that the standard or level of service that is required by government? Their service is appalling.

I have been to other clinics for instance Adriaanse their service is exceptional and I would like to commend them for a good job they work tirelessly and the ladies are very very polite thats professionalism.

I hope my cry will be heard.
