Elsies River *** day hospital. Security feels like he owns the place

Very very poor service its a 24hour hospital but u cannot go outside to smoke and come back thats what the security told me. So now im really confused is the hospital owned by security or to government? Because if its a 24hour hospital how can you not be allowed inside. But seems like everywhere you go securities feel they own the place until 1 of them losses they life over a stupid thing. Thats why when people come out of here they go straight to the grave because there no chance of survival
