Construction Con

This is a warning for anyone thinking of doing business with Elsco Construction, owned by Dawie Els. (He may change the company name). Our block of flats paid a deposit for Elsco to carry out maintenance work on the building. They completed a fraction of the work in December 2017, and eventually did a small bit more in January 2018. Since then, Dawie Els refuses to answer any phone calls, emails or text messages. We have requested a final invoice, and the balance of the deposit to be refunded, but to no avail.
