Our complex had an intercom installed by Leon and his team from Els Installations. This happened about 2 years ago. It now seems that any and all requests are too much for them to deal with as the service is absolutely pathetic. If you try to phone them, the phone just rings and rings and rings and they do not return phone calls. If you message them, don't expect a reply. If you e-mail them, expect if you are lucky, a one word response. Weeks ago, I requested that they come and check the intercom as I am sure the speaker is faulty. An inspection only happened last Wednesday the 11th. I have had no feedback from them to date. So I contacted them today, and when they eventually answered the phone, they said the speaker is blown and they are waiting for the supplier to have stock. Because of the poor service we've received to date, I double checked their information. I contacted the supplier myself and requested a speaker. Turns out they have plenty in stock.

If you need any solar or intercom or electronics work done in general, do yourself a favour and don't use Els Installations.
