I want my money

In the beginning of September 2022 I started working for ELRU(Early Learning Resource Unit) in Cape Town as a teachers assistant, and we were promised to be paid a stipend of R1 400 per month. As of the time I started working for them, I have never been paid... so now its been 3 months without payment,but what they always do is to ask for banking details. I have been submitting the time sheets as proof of me reporting for duty at a school that I was assigned to. What I'd like to know from them is when am I actually going to get paid???
