Disappointed
I had a very disappointing experience with Elroi Academy. The tasks were poorly written, making it hard to even understand what the actual question was. I constantly found myself confused and unsure about what was being asked. On top of that, their response time to issues was incredibly slow. I had a problem just trying to get the password to open my own report, and it took forever for them to get back to me. Overall, the lack of clarity and slow customer service made this a very frustrating experience.

I will look into your concerns and see what the problem is. I cannot agree with your opinion of our tasks since we are one of the top assessment providers in the country, but the fact that you struggled with it does mean that you did not have the help you needed. There can be a few reasons for that, and that problem is not always on our end. The most essential requirement for successful distance education is a consistent work ethic and frequent communication with your teachers. If you felt our response time was too long then that is definitely a problem, that I will look into.
